APT Education was founded by a Primary Education Recruitment Specialist with deep roots across West Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes. Born in Milton Keynes and brought up near Towcester, the founder has always been closely connected to the local Primary schools and communities APT now proudly supports.

Having lived, worked and even played Sunday League football  (not very well, by his own admission), across Northampton, Milton Keynes and Towcester, he has developed a genuine, long‑standing connection to the communities APT serve. Before launching APT Education, he spent several years with the UK’s largest education recruitment agency, developing a rigorous and sector leading approach to safeguarding, quality and service, that now underpins everything APT does. 

APT Education now focuses exclusively on Northampton, Towcester, Brackley, Daventry, Milton Keynes and the surrounding villages, offering schools a recruitment partner with a true understanding of local challenges and expectations. With nearly seven years of specialist Primary Education Recruitment experience, the company was created to deliver a more personal, consistent and honest service;  listening carefully, supporting properly, and matching the right people to the right Primary schools.
